It is not just white people. It is people of all races, color, religions and ethnic backgrounds. The key word is "illegal", I don't think people hate immigrants, but rather the practice of illegal immigration. It costs the taxpayer jobs, and money to have illegals in our country. Lower wages, less jobs, the govt paying for health and care of the illegals, the tracking them down and sending back, many are in our prison system, and even some are getting their education paid for. It is a huge financial burden on the legal taxpayers of our country.

If I were going to use the word "Hate" in this matter it would be towards my government not stopping the ILLEGAL immigration, cleaning out the current ILLEGAL immigrants, and keeping the ILLEGALS from returning without first complying with all the regs. for entering this great nation legally.

I disagree, the pro-illegals do not hate white people they just are illegals themselves. I wouldnt like it if any race of people came over to the USA as illegals, its breaking the law. What are laws for? SOME of the extremists you may be right about and they would love to have a totally hispanic USA, but these people are few.

They dont hate the people, they deplore their criminal acts and do not feel that they should be rewarded for them. The illegal immigration problem is not one of race. Regardless of if you are european, mexican, chinese, russian, or african, you cannot be allowed to violate the laws of this country without consequence. Illegal immigrants are criminals by definition, they have violated the law and must be held accountable. My first wife was a LEGAL immigrant, I had no problem with that. She went through the process to enter this country legally. After we divorced 8 years later, she stayed here LEGALLY. Again, not a problem. It has nothing to do with hatred of individuals, it has to do with the unwillingness to tolerate their illegal acts.

And why is this a race issue...fyi, its not the immigrant part...its the
ILLEGAL
part that we are all tired of...if you want a definition of illegal, let me know and ill help you look it up in a dictionary.
its not a matter of hating, its a matter of being tired of wasting my tax dollars supporting people who cant do things the correct and legal way, thats all.

I have direct personal knowledge of at least one white person who *doesn't* hate illegal immigrants--me.
Why can't people dislike illegal activity? You don't like people who steal cars or rob convenience stores, do you?

Actually, I know a lot of blacks and native-born Hispanics that hate illegals, too. Go back to your cartoons like a good little boy and leave adult discussions to adults.

It's not a race issue, it's a legality issue.
I'm against "ILLegal" immigration. I'm Hispanic, American Indian and German. Why would I be a racist against my own heritage? :)
