Oh great, three long lists requested and you want the whole world. Writing has little or nothing to do with film and neither has anything to do with culinary. Get focused and pick an area you are willing to go.

For Film, probably UCLA, USC, Loyola Marymount or Chapman University. Basically any school near Hollywood that has a film program. For writing, I would have to say Oxford or Cambridge. Afterall, that is the homeland of Shakespeare, Chaucer and Keats. For Culinary, probably many major cities have great culinary schools. Culinary schools are not part of liberal arts Universities so you pretty much have to go to a totally separate school. I'm sure they have good ones in New York, Chicago, Paris, LA, Miami, DC, Atlanta, Seattle, Portland (I'm biased b/c I'm from there, but Portland has a great Culinary school) and any place in Italy.
