Fingerprints evidence?

i was a victim of a robbery. was jump n rob. the punks touch my medicine n gave it back to me also they toch my jeans and my pockets. i didnt go to to po po yet n dont think i will. cause i know the poeple. they hav my cell phone so know my information soon i would find out who they all r. can going to the po po or 5-0 help me. how can the people be charge if i hav no evidence of the crime. but i ca tell who the poeple were. will co.ps be able to chrage them?

when they touch my medecine im pretty sure they didnt have on gloves but i pick up the medecine after they threw it on the floor. also they touch my pockets. it rain that night but im pretty sure the medicines containers didn't get that wet can that be use as evidence

the reason i dont want to go to police is cause im not sure if tey get charge not just angry n want to retaliated. also how can they get charged

if your meds were in a bottle then yes, there should be some kind of fingerprints on them... also... they should be able to track whoever has your cell phone because of the signals, all you have to do is call the phone and they can track where it is via satellite... or they can give you a general area... it's always best to go to the police, unless you have something to hide as well... like illegal substances etc... in that case, you'd be turning yourself in just to get these guys caught... and that probably wouldn't work very well right?
JUst go to the cops and tell them all you said here, and anything you can remember about them, who you think it is etc... the sooner the better.

The medicin bottle potentially could. Odds are it will only be a partial print since its a small object and you may have destroyed the print when you handled it. So really its a maybe.

As to your pockets, I'm only guessing but I imagine it would be much harder to get good print off your pants. May be possible, but very unlikely.

you not going to the police or should i say "po po" anyway so why bother. find another excuse to defend them.
