No accountability for anything
Never accept their failure
Redirect blame
And when they are being blamed for failure repeatedly - they wait and at the opportune time - they reverse the blame and create an evil label (Like Liberal) for their opposition

You had better catch up! The Sunday pundits are all reporting that we cannot afford to get out of Iraq, now. There is a distinct change regarding the success of the war going on. The surge is working, many former supporters of the terrorists are switching to the American side, the soccer victory is unifying Iraq even further and things are looking up.
Watch as the anti-war stance of the democrats quickly evolves into taking credit for the victories. The more successful we are the more they will take credit.
So you have better re-evaluate your assumptions. Where will a victory in Iraq leave the democrats?

Flip-flopping is the most ridiculous charge that was ever brought against a person. People need to be able to change their minds, rigidly hugging the same old patterns even when they have proven ineffective, does not help anybody. People need to realize that changing your mind isn't a bad thing, it means that you now understand something more about the situation, and realize that what you said earlier is not correct. If anything, people who are "flip-floppers" are showing the world that they can respond to new information effectively, and not remain stuck in an obsolete past.

Flip-flopping is when a politician changes his position. They all do it. Congress has been doing a lot of whining about the war without doing anything useful to change it - but, then, it's not thier job to conduct a war, only to fund (or not fund) it.

The only alternative plan proposed is the Liberals "Surrender with dignity" one. That is not a strategy for victory.
Losing this war is not an option. If the Iraqis can't do it, then so be it. Stop trying to make our guys fight with one arm tied behind their backs.
The Liberals have no plan to win. They don't want Bush to win. They don't want America to win. They want the people to believe that the WHOLE world hates us.
They will prevail, Allah willing.

Sorry, I don't recall my ever saying the war wasn't going well. Mistakes have certainly been made, but that is the case in any war.
The absolute worst thing we could do right now would be to leave. Iran would move in a heartbeat, we would have zero credibility in the world, and more trouble would be brewing very quickly.

I totally disagree with all of your statements. Republicans are not flip-flopping on anything. You seem to have closed mind. The war is not going badly. Even the left wing loonies in the main stream media are beginning to acknowledge the successes.
