Why is it that the media convinces everyone that people are guilty before they get the chance to prove their innocence? This is so true and very wrong in so many ways. But the are allowed to write what they want, right?
In America are we really innocent until proven guilty or is it the other way around?

You should ask the three Duke Lacrosse players that question when every minority organization had them labeled rapists the day after the trick filed a false complaint...

That's what the media wants you to believe. They're quick to point fingers and say tsk tsk when like you said, they haven't had the chance to prove themselves.

It's an uneducated assumption backed by popular belief in the media. People take sides when something's wrong strictly based on opinions of the masses.

The idea of "innocent until proven guilty" applies to the judicial system, not ordinary citizens saying what they want to.

usually innocent till proven guilty for little petty crimes, but if its like rape or someone who is well known like a movie star or sports player, then its probably the other way around, look at Michael Jackson, O.J. Simpson

I own dogs and it not normal practice to bury dead multilated dogs on my property,

boy listen he is gulty they have witnesses and he keeps pulling out that he is black and the people that are white are out to get him ...... let me tell you that is a big exususe he is gulty and needs to go to prision
