i feel most of the P&S participants give polite, nice answers but where as most of the participants in R&S and mental health category give nasty, arrogant answers that hurt the asker?

I believe you have correctly accessed the situation..They are perhaps more passionate about their beliefs.....not realizing that all people smile in the same language...

I'm rarely in R&S, so I can't answer that, but I've found that in Mental Health, the MAJORETY of people want to help(not to say there aren't the jerks).
Anyway, P&S has trolls too.

I have never paid attention enough to notice this, but I think if someone did (and sent Yahoo the findings) they could be very interested in the data.
Not to mention it could make a journal article all on it's own.

apart from the occasional meanie, P&S is usually a pretty decent place. People (noobs) here just need to learn not to take anything posted here too seriously.

I wont go so far as to say P&S doesnt have its jerks, but I do think we are much nicer here than in other catergories...Plus we have a sense of humor!

yes, i have found that to be true. i suspect it was someone in r&s that stalked me and reported every answer i gave which resulted in my old account getting suspended. you know, the word religion has a whole lot of negative to it.

yeah I would agree in general. Definitely folks in P&S have a better sense of humor, that's for sure.

I agree, most religious people are arrogant and racist. You might notice that they talk bullsh*t about gay people and other religions.
