I think it's gross and they do walk down the road with both hands down there bottoms they should do it in there room where nobody can see them or somewhere...

It is a boy thing so it is normal for some, I now all boys do that, But not around people that I know of. I could mean anything, But not going to say and the things one the boys said and the answer boxs is true.

Its good for them. If a boy is not allowed to fondle himself it doesn't grow properly. Fact. Once upon a time they used to tie boys to their beds to prevent this. Another fact. It is anatural part of the growing cycle and so what. Let em' have a fondle. If it harms none.

Honestly, most men dont walk down the street with both hands down their pants, but balls do get itchy, and sometimes we can hold off on it, but sometimes we cant, so dont blame us, blame god for giving us balls that itch occasionally.
