i have a fx 5500 128 mb pci video card. is it possible to combine the power if this with my onboard video. kinda like nvidias SLI.

Well you might be able to run dual monitors if that's what you mean. But I don't think you can run them both to use the power from both of them

Probably not. Check your BIOS, I'll bet it will only run either the onboard or the card, but not both.

nope, the built-in video card is diabled when you connect at video card in the slot..

You need to disable your on-board video.
