Many child actors started when they were babies, doing diaper commercials and later working on sit-coms and other television programs.

They may have had connections in the industry, or, an exceptional Talent Manager/Talent Agent. They may have been in an acting class and were seen by someone in the industry.

Those that live in NYC/LA, may have been a child actor in the soap operas that are taped in NYC and L.A.
