Bare Minerals has a powder called Well Rested that I love. I'm 27 and have dark circles and this works miracles. Plus, the foundations are awesome and it's not harmful for your skin.

The BEST concealer for undereye circles is Benefit Booiing (yes) concealer. It is offered in many shades and has the best coverage of any concealer I've ever tried. I have used, and love, Chanel products, but I've never used an eye-specific serum/cream. When you visit the make-up counters, make sure to ask them for small samples of their eye creams. That way, you'll be able to test them out to see if they irritate your skin without throwing down a chunk of money on something that may not work. Most, if not all, should be more than happy to do this for you.

I have the same problem with dark circles... no matter how much rest I get it does not go away. It may get reduced but not go away. I started using Hylexin eye cream a few months ago and have seen amazing results... I am a huge fan of it. It not only reduces the dark circles, but apparently prevents from worsening in future. I like it because its absolutely not irritating, and it's more of a medical-grade product (apparently medical studies were done on it before it became an actual product). I purchased mine from the link below, since it was sooo much cheaper then other places.... It's like retail $95 but I got it for $83! Hope this helps... oh ya and wear plenty of sunscreen everyday and drink lots of water throughout the day.

U need to think tat is it suitable to use or not?
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat - fab fab fab concealer.
As to eye cream? You will have to keep on looking for one that suits you - sorry. No guarantee that spending Chanel money on one will work. Your sil probably just has great skin - sorry :(

My sister (who is in her forties) swears by Yves Saint Laurent's "Touche Eclat." Even though it's expensive (almost $40 for one tube) she claims that nothing else works for her under-eye circles.
