I went in January and I wore a light coat (I get cold easily). The temp was about 50F. It was comfortable though. The city is definitely more subdued than in the summer. In the summer, everyone is out in the streets at night partying. The winter is more mellow.

cold and wet. when it rains vegas is pretty flat so it floods a lot. winters seem so cold when summers here are so hot. an average february day is 44 degrees during the day.

Its nice during the day, but chilli at night. During the day, its nice enought to wear shorts and t-shirts. During the night its chilli enough for a thin leather jacket.
