I have never heard of taking the ones you missed.. When I was on the pill and I forget to take them I would just take the one for that day.. Just remember to use a condom for awhile after.. Because u don't want to take a chance of getting pregnant... What I did to help remind me to take it is I set a alarm on my cell phone to tell me when to take take it.. It would also help to take it each day at the same time...

You may feel ill if you missed a pill and take two in one day because you are putting more hormones into your body than it is used to. However, you MUST take that second pill. You can become pregnant even if you miss ONE pill, so if you have to double up on a day, do it. Feeling sick to your stomach beats getting pregnant.
If you are consistently missing a day, perhaps daily birth control is not for you. The pill is not 100% and the failure rate increases every time you miss a day. Try another form of b.c., like the patch or the shot. You can even talk to your gyno about a pill reminder alarm, or program your cell phone to ring at the same time every day. Many women find success by taking the pill whenever they perform a daily ritual, like brushing their teeth, eating breakfast, lunch time, whenever their favorite show is on, etc.
Talk to your doctor about other b.c. options.

How often do you miss a pill (you mentioned everytime).. perhaps if you keep missing the pill you need to look at other forms of birth control. Skipping pills all together will reduce its effectiveness and increase your chance of getting pregnant
The last time i missed my pill, which was months ago i took it when i remembered and then took the next day as planned. I felt a little sick but was ok..

You need to take all of the pills in your birth control packet, even if you need to double up on some days after forgetting to take a pill. If you forget to take your pill often, maybe you should have a talk with your doctor about getting on a hormonal birth control that is not in pill form, such as the Ortho-Evra patch or NuvaRing.
If you skip the pill entirely, the effectiveness of your birth control is reduced much more than if you were to just double up. So, if you don't want to get pregnant, take the pill.

You won't be fully protected and should use another form of protection for at least a week following your skipped pill.

no, you need to take your pill for each day or you run the risk of getting pregnant.
