Do you have overwhelming traits from one side of the family, like eye/nose shape or stature and build? Genetics are a funny thing, but sometimes if you take on many traits from one side of the family, you might be able to guess what size you'll end up.
You won't know until you're done developing, which probably won't be until you're around 18. Breast size and shape can fluctuate in puberty, and your size might change if you decide to use hormonal birth control in the future. Age, weight, and pregnancy are also three main contributors to changing breast size, so many women change bra sizes throughout their life.
The best advice I can give you is that you are only 11 years old and your body is nowhere near done developing. A bigger chest is not always a desired thing: they place stress on your back, are more prone to sagging, and can just get in the way! And I guarantee you might have trouble wearing certain tanks in the summer with a large chest! The right size for you is what looks good on your frame and makes you feel good. There is nothing wrong with being a bit bigger, just about average, or a bit smaller.

My Dad came from a family of five and was the youngest. He has one sister left alive in her 90's that I don't remember very well at all. My Mother had two younger brothers. The youngest brother was an Electrical Engineer and my aunt was a R.N. Both of them always watched their weight, were good people, made a very nice looking couple, saved their money, put their three kids through college, were married well over 50+ years ago and their two oldest children that are closest to my age have always been my favorite cousins. So it would have to be on my Mother's side. My Aunt is in her mid 70', is still very active and has always been there for me when I needed someone. ☺

You're 11 and already have a 32A bra so you'll probably end up being a larger A or a B... consider yourself lucky... at 11 I had like... no boobs at all and now I'm a 34A... lol

There's no way to know. Both my grandmothers had huge boobs but my moms are small. Mine are medium but stopped growing by the time I was 13. It's different for everyone.
