What an awful story. Too bad people jump to a big settlement with no information (a sad commentary on our society).
There are obvious issues i this relationship and the baby has not/will not fix them. Personally, as the woman, I would need to look at my self and my relationship - honestly.

One day when he goes to work, change all the locks on the doors, move all of his stuff into a storage unit, call all credit card companies/banks and open new accounts and take my name off all accounts, and call it good.
