I would recommend the trilogy of books by Stephenie Meyers: Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. They are about a teenage girl in Washington state who falls in love with a vampire who goes to her high school! They are so addictive (I read the first one in two days, and the second in one!). Eclipse comes out today, so I have to pick that up. I'm so excited! Between that and Harry Potter it's been a great month for book series!

Red Dragon by Thomas Harris. Yes, it was made into a movie... Both were good, but the book created a fear that you can almost feel. The way it was written just crept up your back, it made you feel as if you were right there, very detailed. As I said, the anticipation, the fear was almost touchable. If you were scared of the movie series, or any horror movie or book for that fact dont go near this...
