Any age can be over the hill. Over the hill is when you are no longer open to change, you think you have learned all there is to learn, you feel like you are on the down hill slide. What ever age that may be.

As far, as I am concern, no age. As long as you are able to get up and do for yourself, you are good to go. I have seem some 70 and older people, out there. They may not walk, as fast or run but they are out there, and they are doing their thing.
Age, is nothing but a number. If you live right, and eat right, and exercise, by God.
You are not only ageless, but you can be priceless.
Have a good evening.

Well the closer I get to 40, the more I'm hoping it's not 40!
I think maybe 50.

If you're a star football player in high school, then don't go to college and get a job waiting tables then you can be over the hill at 19.

No particular age. Whenever a person feels like they are over the hill then that's true for them but others their age may not feel that way.

It use to be 40, but thanks to Hollyweird 40 is the new 30, so I guess that means 50 is the new 40. Oh hell, I'm so confused, since I'm 41, lets say 70.

55, once you hot 55 you are on the downward slope of your life. 40 is not that old at all. Even at 55 you will have many good years left but that means 60 is just around the corner and then your body begins to not want to cooperate as much with you as it once did.
