My girlfriend has the same problem, she is only 5' tall and a 100 lbs. For years she never came while having sex. Practice tighting your muscles inside your upper thighs and when you have to pee really bad start going and stop mid-stream, then go and repeat several times a day for a week or so. Then spread your lips open, using your finger follow the opening of your virgina to the top and your clitoris should be there. It will also be just above where you pee from. Use a mirror to help see.
By tighting the muscles and stoping your pee you will feel a pull, do that while having sex and you will release with a bang.

Since it seems none of the answers below were worth reading...you may want to define "too small"..didn't know there was a such thing for females. You may need to contact your OBGYN , if you have one, and ask them about that question. Whether your question is ridiculous or not , you may need to contact that doctor instead of here where you'll get tons of "ridiculous" answers that aren't worth the time reading.
Either way that issue is yours and Yahoo Answers is obviously not the place to ask such a question concerning female stuff such as yours.

How old are you? I read up on the pump, it sounds scary to me. Have you ever had an orgasm, if so you don't need the pump.

Go to a sex store... They have all kinds of clit pumps... I go to loved ones in Maryland, but I'm sure if you look it up in a phone book you can find one in your area...
