I have the equivalent of £40 in Bosnian Marks.Where in England can i change these as nobody changes ive been to ie currency exchanges seem to accept them.

You bring up a good point. The Bosnian Marka is a reasonably stable currency, but there is so little demand for it that banks and currency exchanges won't touch it because they can't sell it at a profit.
Do you have any 2002 or 2007 dated notes? If so, I may be interested at 90% of the xe.com rate quote.

It would be $157.65 at today's rate of $1.97 per pound. It changes all the time, usually by a few pennies unless there's a major crisis afoot. You'll lose some money on the exchange transaction depending on the bank or currency exchange company you use.

u have to go to probably the air port and ask if they will exchange them since most international air ports have these or a bank of some kind in england
