Why are you so concerned about a "comeback"? If you were mean to that person, then they just told you the truth and any comeback should be in the line of, "I'm so sorry if I hurt your feelings. Will you forgive me?". If you weren't mean then there is no need for a comeback, just ask her to be more specific, "How was I mean?" or "I'm sure you misunderstood me because I didn't mean to be mean."
Stop playing the comeback game and trying to one-up other people and I'm sure you'll find that you have many more friends who will stick by you.
