I reciently just got my second depo shot on july 3 and like two weeks after i had unprotected sex (with my bf who i knew it was safe with) thinking it would be okay since i had been on it for the three months prior. its not like i'd have any simptoms by now anyways its only been a little over a week but is the depo in my system strong enough that it would be 99% accurate on stopping me from getting pregnant? and if i could be pregnant since i'm on depo and i don't have periods, how soon after conception would it be possible to know if i was pregnant through a home pregnancy test?

If you've been on the Depo shot for almost four months, it sounds like, you will be protected to the fullest capability of the Depo shot, which is appx. 99.9% effective at preventing pregnancy.
As for telling if you're pregnant or not, if you're really worried you should try taking a pregnancy test three to four weeks after having sex.

Yes it is. Once u had a shot of depo u can't get pregnant for a year or two after u stop taking the shot.
I was on depo and it messed me up. I just want to warn u. It can cause u to become infertal and cause a lot of problems down the road that is why they say that u should not be on it to long if something else works for u. It put me in the hospital for a year. This is just something for u to think about. If u want to know more just email me.

a lot of people i know were on depo and they had major problems and maybe you should take the test 5 days before your period comes

i was on the depo shot and now have a 5 year old lol...the shot is not full proof. take a test and see what it says!
