There are no parks limited to the hispanic community, all the parks are public. San Antonio has a 56% hispanic majority population. There are areas of the city with a higher hispanic population than others. If you want to limit the number of non hispanics in the park then look for parks on the south to west side of the city. The highest percentage of african americans in San Antonio are on the east side and the areas from downtown between I35 and I10 and going north have the greater concentration of nonhispanic whites. Though every area is blended. San Antonio is a very integrated and friendly city. You will usually find hispanics comingled with other races in the same group and often in the same family. I have some friends who have hispanics, african americans and caucasians all in the one family, I have other friends here with hispanic/irish wife and arabic husband. Get with the times. We are all just people.

There are 179 parks in San Antonio good luck in picking out the all hispanic park maybe this website will help:

There is no Parks just for Latinos, and no areas in the parks just for Latinos, just as there are no totally White, Latino, or Black neighborhoods. You will find that San Antonio is some what unique in that we are pretty well integrated. When you go to the park you look and you will see groups of folks and in those groups you will see every hue that you can imagine.Welcome to the most friendly city in America

Brackenridge Park but it's not considered a "Hispanic Park", it's integrated and many different ethic backgrounds can be found there.
