Does the feeling stay long??? or does disney world get old really fast? cuz i'm excited to go but i dont want it to be boring after like a week or so!

I think it depends alot on you and how you feel about Disney. If you are a big fan and it is a dream for Disney, then I think it will last a good while.
The only thing is that you are going to learn a lot of the behind the scenes stuff at Disney. If you want those things to remain secrets, then it may be a little bit of a problem. I think it makes you an ultimate Disney fan because you know Disney, both inside and out. You will learn things about Disney that you never knew before.
My sister had a lot of friends that participated in the Disney college program. Most of them had a blast. The work was hard, and they had long hours most of the time, but it was an experience they will never forget. You will make a ton of friends and have memories that you will never forget, a really special time in your life, that is for sure. Several of her friends ended up staying after the college program was over and moved to Orlando. One friend decided the program wasn't really for them, they were never really away from home before, I think it was a mixture of being home sick and the fact that they weren't really used to working. One person had a really great time on the program and doesn't regret going at also misses the feeling of surprise for certain things.
Everyone I have talked to that has done it said that it was a lot of work, but well worth it. All the good times far outweigh any of the not so good times, and they have pretty much forgot anything that didn't go quite as planned. I don't know of anyone that has really regretted going.
I think it will definitely change your feelings toward Disney, but not necessarily in a bad way. Any time you go back after participating in the college program you will think back to when you ran that park, or did crowd control at the parade, etc. You will see things in Disney differently then you did before and it will bring back all the great memories of the college program.
Your going to have a great time, it is a really great experience and something you will never forget. You will be doing a ton of things and probably doing something different everyday, so I don't think it will be boring at all.

It depends how much you party at Vista Way. If you do what most people do and get drunk and have sex everynight then it won't get old.. but if all you do is go to work in the park it will get old QUICK.
