Find a trained spotter who can help you daily. The more often you can practice the more your body will become used to doing it. Also work on these drills: http://www.geocities.com/aescougarcheer/basics.htm#td

It can take a year or more for some people to learn their bhs. Don't give up! Be patient and do your best and it will eventually happen for you.

ok im a cheer coach and i get this all the time.
so to get used to the motion stand infront of a mat that goes to about ur waist. (you probubly have one at your gym). then practice the beggining part of the backhandspring by swinging and jumping flat on ur back on the mat. next do candlesticks and bridges every night. also practice on a pac man mat(should be at ur gym and pic attached) and if you have a tramp at home just keep doing it there. good luck!:D

don't give up and try your hardest you can do it i have been doing the same thing i don't have mine after the hole summer.....don't give up i haven't........ :)
