don't see why not! I often roast them with veggies!

yes you can bake, broil or fry them just like any other potato

try this, cut your new potato in bite size pieces, drizzle italian style salad dressing with olive oil over them, toss and bake in a 350 degrees oven until crispy and done on the inside...about 30 minutes. they are healthy and delicious

Sure then can be baked...and quick too! The hard part is to not over bake them!

It's better for the potatoes to be baked...they're will be tastier that way!

either way i put them in microwave to, Poke hole in tator after washing, wet a paper towel wrap it up then put on high if sm micro 6/7 minutes or wrap in plastic.
