I don't get nervous anymore, what I do is take things moment by moment when I am nervous I don't think what I am nervous about

On my left hand and I have some Live Strong bands. Whenver I get nervous I begin to pull at them. Its a bad habit, really....

i get little panic attacks, if im really super nervous.
if im just nervous i drink a lot of water .... i dont know why

it depends on the situation. a move that i do is hitting my fingers on the table as if i play the piano! old habit.. sometimes i forget to eat. i may take a looong walk outside my house to clear my thoughts. or i listen to the music!

i yawn and my face gets hot, not red. if im super nervous, i start to shake and do those other 2 things.
