I think you can insult anyone so long as you do it cleverly and with some good heart behind it. I think the film was thicker than spider pig poop and mean to women, fat people and gays.

No you can not punch Adam Sandler for me... I think we should be a bit more objective towards the movie. I heard on Best Week Ever how it's horrible gay jokes from the 80's, but then heard from a lesbian friend of mine that their is a good message in the movie and it's worth seeing... So why don't we see it before we judge it? :)

Just curious why you were offended. I haven't seen it yet, but I probably will. I was actually told that they made many gay stereotypes look EXTREMELY absurd, which I would think would support gay rights. But I HAVEN'T seen it yet, so I will reserve judgment!
Edit -- to Mr. Jello. The characters in the movie are STRAIGHT, not gay. It shows the corruption of the straight community that they would use this, in my opinion.

It's one of these films that was meant to be funny but totally backfiring on them. The concept is great but the execution is done poorly. Personally I did not watch the film nor do I have any intentions to go and see this film.
I just hope that this film does not generate more misconception about members of the LGBTQ community, resulting in more homophobia.

I won't waste my time on such sophomoric inanity.
I don't even plan to get it for free from the library, I'd rather watch paint dry.

yea, it was NOT as good as i thought it was going to be. the part that i didn't like was when Adam Sandler kept saying fa*ggot but other than that it wasn't too offensive. i didn't like it though, and i don't recommend it.

I thought it was funny and I'm gay. I thought it had a good message, and didn't find it offensive at all.

Funny but silly.
So why did you pay money if you already knew you might be offended.
Does your lol spell nervous laughter?
Why do you want to punch Adam because he suckered you for six bucks?

I found it to be funny...and I'm gay.
I think that people are too quick to become offended by such a silly movie.

Doesn't it show that the reason gays marry is to scam corporations of benefits meant for real married couples?
