not the song titles, how do I fix this problem?

you have to type in the names for them. mine did this to. you just click edit and type the name and it should work! good luck!

You need to be online when you put the CD's in. Since you already did it you will need to enter the song titles into itunes manually or delete it and try it again while you are connected to the internet.

Its quite simple. If your computer does not have an Internet connection, then Itunes will not be able to find the names of the songs on the Internet. Alternatively, you can enter in the musics information manually.

A lot of CDs don't have the song information embedded, you have to enter it manually.

well if its a burned cd u need to type in the names urself but if it isnt it should search the cd name itself and put the names on there for u
