i've been there. just this morning i got dumped by what i thought was my special lady and i was really down. then i started to ask and answer Qs here and all the nice people here made me feel great. heres a hug and a star for you and with all the other love these people are pouring out to you, i'll bet by tomorrow you will feel much better. lots of love to you sweetie..........Jake

Take a walk. I know it sounds stupid but it really helps. You can clear your head, evaluate your priorities, and get some fresh air. I've done it, honest to God, it helps ( and it can't hurt, unless you live in Baghdad; keep your sense of humor, too).
