Probably the Silk Road, which connected Asia to the Middle East. Nobody's completely sure when it was established, but it was probably around the 1st century B.C.

A road can be defined as an identifiable route, way or path between two or more places. Under this definition it would be impossible to know the oldest if there is no resriction on its length.
However talking of old well known roads the Silk Route stands up.
Further, one of the world's oldest major paved highways still in use, could be the Grand Trunk Road built in the 13th Century AD connecting Kolkata and Lahore and has been continuously in use since then. The NH2 in India still follows essentially the same old track.

Hmmm...not sure what you mean by road. Certainly ancient streets have been excavated by archaeologists in cities (ubran centers) they dig up.
Perhaps the oldest street could be considered to be in the oldest city - Jericho (Tell es-Sultan) with remains more than 10,000 years old (8000 BC).

I don't imagine anyone could possibly know this. It is more than likely 10,000 to 12,000 years ago. Roads we know well would be the Roman roads. They built extensively and some are still in use today.
