I would suggest you try Dramamine..OTC..been used for YEARS and is a good anti-nausea med...however, it will make you a little sleepy...
Your Dr can also prescribe a patch for you to wear that slowly releases anti-nausea meds into your system over a period of time...giving you the BEST protection against nausea...
DO NOT eat greasy/fried/heavy foods before, during and right after your flight. Drink LOTS of water (NOT sodas or alcohol..the sugars in these can make you sicker!) (airplanes are notorious for making you very dehydrated!)...and take some peppermint candy to suck on during the flight...(peppermint is soothing to the tummy)....
Have fun and enjoy your trip!

stay hydrated and cool, wear cool and light clothes and comfortable shoes, Bring a sweater to keep warm. Take allergy medicine (if you have allergies) before hand. Ask your doctor for a sleeping pill and bring an inflatable pillow. make sure to get up and walk around a few times. Get a cup of ice, every few hours and put in on the back of your neck and on your wrists.
Whatever you do, if you are not used to taking OTC pills for air sickness. Do not start now, they can really mess with you.

Also wiping down everything is a joke, I mean you could make sure you dont use their pillows or blankets, and the air is not blasting you in the face but your question was about air sick. I am sure you will be ok.

you you have an ipod video bring that so you can watch videos and listen to music and try to get some slleep. also if they ask you what meal you want i would stay away from the meat loaf unless it lloks good. i can't remember if it did or not make your best judgement because you don't want to be sick on a plane for that long.

Take along sanitizing wipes and first thing wipe down everything around you that you touch...arms of seat, tray table window etc. Drink plenty of fluids and if you use the restroom take the wipes with you to again wipe everything you will touch down before you use it! Lastly, open the door with a paper towel. Only drink water that has been bottled and don't drink coffee or tea if it has been made without bottled water. Bring your own pillow or cover the one they have with your own pillow case from home. Remember that pillows and blankets NOT in plastic bags have already been used by someone else!

haha trust me I know how you feel!!
So that you dont get bored, I would bring your i-pod. Plus they have movies for you to watch in the airplane, thats what I do to pass the time.
AND FOR DRINKS...my favorite is Tomato Juice with hot pepper in it..its so good. And I dont really like the airplane food, but I'll eat whatever is good on there.

As an extra next to the medication from your doctor, try wearing an earplug in one ear.
For some people it works against all travel sickness.

Do not worry about wiping everything, it is motion that bothers you, not bacteria.

Candied ginger may help. I know it helps with sea-sickness, so I don't see how it wouldn't help with being air sick.

If you don't like ginger (and a lot of people don't) you could try Dramamine, or ask your doctor for suggestions or a prescription to help.

Have a safe trip.
