This model has separate temperature controls for driver side passenger side and rear. When I am running A/C in any mode, cool air will come out for the passenger and rear, but the driver side will blow out very hot air making it unusable.

You have a problem with the control head or a broken or stuck mode door or actuator.

I started having the same problem today. I let someone borrow my truck yesterday and they let the battery die and had to jump it. Since then my driver side blows heat while the passenger side blows cool. Any help would be great

Either there is something stuck inside the temp door for the driver's side or the motor that drives the door is faulty or disconnected. It could also be some wiring to the door motor. Have you had the HVAC system scanned to see if there are codes and if the temp. door motor is moving? I would start there and continue after some info is obtained. Good luck.

I have a 2005 that this is happening to right now. I took it in to the dealer for another electrical problem yesterday and now this started happening. They are saying that it is either the actuator or the blendor. I have no idea what either of these are, but my AC was working fine until they screwed with the electrical yesterday.

My guess would be that there is some kind of short or malfunction in the heat control for the driver side.
