I like girls and boys, and i like to be a tomboy yet do girly things too.. im confused... help??

of course im tomboyish and girly, i play all sports im not afraid to get down and dirty, im usually the "boy" in a girl relationship. but im also girly cause i like shopping and i dress like a girly girl.

When I was younger, I was what you would consider a tomboy. I wore pants unless I was forced to wear a dress, I played basketball until ninth grade, and I would much rather play football that jump rope. But at the same time, I could never be mistaken for a little boy, I was a girly person, but kinda tomboyish.
Now, my definition of tomboy was never a very masculine girl, it was a girl, who's definitely a girl, but likes a few boyish things. But apparently the definition has changed into something more...manly. I dunno.
But do what you feel comfortable with.

I consider myself somewhat tomboy-ish and I am becoming increasingly more girly. It is absolutely normal and OK to be both at the same time! It's what makes us unique girl!
PS: I don't know what to tell you about the liking boys AND girls thing though....no experience there!

What ever floats your boat.
Being a tomboy doesn't mean you want to be a male, it means you do not want to be confined to a gender role and want the same privileges and opportunities as males.
Young girls, older girls and adolescents who display masculine traits and defy their gender role are usually tolerated,but as they grow older they are often ridiculed, shunned and punished by society, as are girlish boys.

you do whatever makes YOU happy. Let whatever you feel inside come out of you JUST the way it is inside.. don't conform to ANYONE! Conformity is a scary thing and limits us as individuals. Do "tomboy" things, do "girly" things, date boys, date girls, do whatever!

That describes me as well. I was very very tomboyish as a kid too!!! I still am a good mixture of both, and very happy to be me :)

I think it's really cool to see a tough looking girl when she dresses up in feminine clothes, and looks really strong and beautiful. You see that women can be strong too. I'm never attracted to women who "can't walk down the hill".
So just play and have fun and when you go out, clean up and shock them with your fierce female beauty.

just be yourself, how old are you? just asking b/c usually tomboy bi girls usually end up preferring the lesbian lifestyle at a later age.
