It seems like that I am always angry and nothing I do helps. I will engage in some of my favorite activities and that helps for a short while and then I am back to being angry. I do not really understand why I am angry. I have some things on my mind, however, it should not be enough to make me feel like this.

Anger is a healthy response to injustice. It normally fades with time. But consider this: it gives one a "buzz" just the way drugs or alcohol, or happy events do.

Since we get addicted to the buzz, and since we have the anger inside, we can get it anytime we want. One way to deal with it could be:

1. Examine what injustices in life you feel you endured. Make a list.

2. Look at each one and see if it is still going on. If so, plan a way to stop it. If not see if you can forgive or forget to that specific.

3. See how the anger gives you a sense of being alive. Decide to get that feeling another way.

4. See all the things you could do to feel alive through positive means.

5. Commit to trading in the angry buzz for a positive one.

6. Consider AL ANON, because the addiction/alcoholic cure is similar for ANY negative source of that buzz.

Have you tried writing in a journal every day? I was very angry when I was younger. I have since made a conscience effort to think of things that are positive even going so far as making a list of things that to be happy about. It seems simple but some of us have to work as trying to control our anger. Bad things happen to us that are not fair or deserved and you probably have a right to be angry but fight to take your life back. Use the energy that drives your anger and try to direct into something else that gives meaning and happiness to your life. You can overcome these feelings. :)

You can not be angry at nothing. Either there is frustration in your own action and thoughts or your tolerence has a very short limit.
First of all, find a good friend. And your know where to find one. Take a mirror. What you see in it is your best friend till you are alive. If you are not at peace with yourself and can't feel a friend in yourself, you will not be able to find a friend anywhere.
Once you feel that you find yourself comfortable in your own company, i.e. you are totally at ease when you are all alone; you will feel that the whole world has opened up for you. You will find good things in others and feel their company friendly and enjoyable.
With this change in yourself, where is the place for anger in life.

Have you had your blood sugar checked? Low blood sugar can trigger anger episodes! It's weird, too, how just a little boost can even it out. You might also want to have a medical check for other things like thyroid, blood pressure, even liver/kidney functions, if you haven't had a physical recently. I know that crap's expensive, but it's got to beat being angry all the time. Isn't that uncomfortable?

I worked through a workbook The Anger Habit:Proven Principles to Calm the Stormy Mind... It was amazing. There's a book that goes with it but I never read the book. The workbook was enough. I'm not half as angry as I used to be...

I think is your hormone problem, my doctor do told me that angry most of the time without reason is because of your hormone. I don't know if it is true or not. But you just have to think of a happy thoughts in your mind. It might help control your angryness. Try to do something that makes you happy like watching comedy show/movie or either listen to your mp3. Or try to eat ice-cream LOL.

when my friends get angry about something dumb, i usually remind them that if this is the worst thing that happens to them today, they're pretty lucky. channel your anger into something productive and then release it: for example, write about it in a journal and then close it and say, "that's enough of that." i mean, life is all about attitude, and attitude is all about making choices. the next time you get pissed off, remind yourself that you can do two things: get angry or upset about it and ruin your mood and your relationships, or let it go and be happy. who wouldn't choose being happy?

if your angry at others i would say its probably because your blaming them for your problems witch you should stop doing. if your angry at yourself its probably because you are to hard on yourself just take care of one problem at a time if there is nothing you can do about something then don't sweat it.

all in all just chill out a bit
