Is there any way possible? Me and my fiance are trying to get an apartment and both going to college this fall. We are running out of time.

Last I heard, being a member of the National Guard didn't stand in the way of getting an apartment, nor in the way of going to college.

Discharge Regulations by Chapter are in the following link. There are loads of reasons in that link... I'm from the UK, so I am not really aware of everything you speak of.
From what I can gather, an honorable discharge is the best sort of discharge that you can get. I would work towards that because I wouldn't want a black stain on my record.

not condoning this, but you could do something "dishonorable," but nobody likes a court martial. good luck.
