i have a black car and had it professionally waxed i then washed it a week later and its left all white spot i tried to wash it again and its not coming off is there anything i can do

You are supposed to dry the car off after you wash it. You have what are called water spots caused by hard water. The water has minerals in it and they are deposited when the water dries up.
I posted an article below on how to remove them. You can use white vinegar. The article tells you how.

Try buying the type of car wax that dries to match your paint color. Other waxes just dry white. The spots you see is because your paint is probably porous at that spot which can only be fixed with a new paint job. Good Luck!

It sounds like you have compound splatter from using a rotary polisher. Typically it shows up weeks later as spatter on the surface. Bring the car to an auto polishing expert. Dont bring it to a meat cutter. I mean someone who knows what they are doing. Good Luck. "Paintxpert" Shine Since 1969!

out of the sun wipe the car down with kerosene it's used as a wax it will not harm the paint in any way it removes any thing on the paint Ex. bird poop, tar, paint splash (from the road) just don't smoke by your car...

No don't say it's so! you washed you car in the sun! Meguires Quick detailer and a micro fibre rag. try to smooth those white spots out. Or have it rewaxed.

take it to the place you got your car waxed they will be able to tell you what to do
