i am left handed but i do things like throw ight handed i cannot do with left. I am not ambedextrous as i cannot do same thing with both hands what do you call it?

That is referred to as 'mixed-handedness' or 'cross dominance'.

I'm the same way... though in my case it's mostly from having one good eye and one bad eye (depending on the task, it's easier to use one or the other just to see what's going on!).

I am not sure. I am left handed like you and things like texting on my phone or ringing things into a till, I can only do with my right hand.

Does ambidextrous-ness (sorry) - have to mean writing? Perhaps it means that you are able to carry out tasks with both hands. I've heard that word used about footballers, but I doubt they can write with either of their feet? ;-)
