In Africa you can be killed by an elephant, a lion, a tiger or whatever. But what one animal will kill you for certain? Remember you can always escape from a lion or elephant!

You guys have to think about this a little more. It's an animal found in Africa and if it attacks you death is sure to follow!

This animal's attacks have a mortality rate of 100%. No other animal is that lethal!

Black Mamba
It is the only snake that will attack you even if he only see you
The other snakes you should at least step on to or disturb it before it will attack but this is not the same with the black Mamba it will attack and it will go after you if you decided to run

Well, first off, unless you are visiting a zoo, the chances of being killed by a tiger in Africa are somewhat beyond low! And second, no animal is certain to kill you (otherwise there would be no one living in Africa).
In terms of number of deaths, the deadliest animal in Africa would most likely be the Mosquito, given the threat of Malaria. The deadliest of the large animals in Africa would be the Hippopotamus.
In terms of effectiveness at killing, either the Cheetah or chimpanzee would take the top spot (unless you include man on your list). However, as you point out, remember you can always escape a lion or an elephant or a crocodile or a mosquito or a tiger (again, really easy to escape that one in Africa) etc etc. The question isn't if you can escape, it's how likely you would be to escape!

OK, the numbers one and two killers of people in Africa is the one-cellular Plasmodium parasite (malaria) and the larger of the 2 hippo species.
However, neither of these have a 100% kill rate (personally I have survived malaria). One that should have a near-100% kill rate is the Nile crocodile (the larger of 2 species in Africa). Once closed, its jaw muscles are too strong to open and it then drowns its prey with its notorious "death roll". There have been escapes from croc attacks, though.
The bite of mambas and cobras (neurotoxic venom) will kill and adult within 3-6 hours (suffocation due to failure of interrib muscles) if no antivenom is available.
P.S.: no wild tigers in Africa, Porg.

A hippo is a very dangerous animal as is a lion etc. It is however not as if these animals run around looking for people to attack.
The single indivudial thing from the animal kingdom that causes the most deaths is very small, it is the malaria mosquito. More people die of malaria than from attacks from the big and dangerous animals.

A hippo. I have heard many stories of hippoes attacking and even killing people. I have also heard stories, actually witnessing some people's narrow escape from an elephant. I know that an elephant bull will kill you forsure.
Hmm...Could it be the buffalo?

Thank goodness that nothing has a 100% killing rate. You want that, try Australia.
Most of the dangerous wildlife is either in parks or has been wiped out in most areas.
The only thing you should watch out for is the dreaded Mini bus Taxi! Legend has it that this creature has more kills then all other SA wildlife put together!

Although not possessing a 100% kill rate, the mamba family and the black widow spider are both lethal enough to kill within a very short space of time.

There is no wild animal in Africa that will come hunting you deliberately.
The folk who are killed by wild animals are killed because they have interfered with wild animals - mostly treating them as pets. A wild animal might look tame and approachable but be in its space and let it feel threatened it will attack in defense.
I can't think of one animal that would deliberately attack for no reason.
I am editing this to add that perhaps you are referring to humans?
