You can get hundreds of different answers to this question. Religious and political questions are always hard to give a r-'right' answer to. How are you going to know which is the best answer? I'm christian (baptist) but that doesn't mean we are the only ones going to heaven. Different religions believe different things. Find a religion that you find comfortable with and believe what they believe. If anything believe in God from your heart and don't deny him.

Quickest way to experience heaven in the now? Being a student of all religions, you really don't have to choose. To be in heaven, first you have to bring this reality to a halt - like closing a programmed dimension you're tired of suffering through. To 'minimize' it, just contemplate the symbol of the Shiva/Destroyer of Reality.

Mythology expert, Joseph Campbell, has the best description of the Shiva's visual symbols for psychological purification. But, be careful! Shutting down this reality allows reality to mirror the remaining contents of consciousness. Garbage in garbage out.

"Hinduism is essentially universalism covering everything including humanism. It comes closest to the idea of a universal religion. In the present day world where most religions create division and strife, Hinduism in its essentials preaches peace and harmony. It sees unity in diversity."

all religions have a hereafter or heaven. pick a religion in which you feel comfortable. this means you have to do some work. go to check out each religion in which you have some interest and then decide which is right for you.remember, this could be for your lifetime. if later you find the one you choose is not up to standard don't be afraid to make a change. remember you are looking for a group of people who believe as you do. good luck.

You do not have to be a certain religion, I believe in God and Jesus Christ. What I would suggest is try different churches and see which church feels right to you. I go to a Baptist church now but I have tryed several. See what feels right before you commit to one.
