its fine if people name there child Nevaeh,BUT do they have to say its "Nevaeh, its heaven spelled backwards", its like there name has become a sentance. The name is fine, but the saying is just annoying, not cute.

Overused. Its strange. By spelling heaven backwards, is there some kind of message about thier religious beliefs? I've always wondered that, not that it matters. It was pretty when I first heard it, but annoying now? Yes. Parents need to move on the name is done already lol And oh ya, everyone who names thier kids this seems to tell you everytime you run into them "its heaven spelt backwards" No crap LOL

This is what i like to call a miserably failed attempt to be original. i HATE the name Neveah. Since its popular now there are gonna be like 12 Neveahs in a class. Good bye to names like Julia and Emily. i've also heard Traeh, heart spelled backwards. Just Shut up with the bad names already! I'm all for unique, interesting names as long as they dont damage the kids for life

That name is climbing the charts at a very fast rate. Not original at all. You know what name I haven't heard any baby/child called for about 10 years now? John.
Be reasonable: give your kid a name they don't have to explain and spell to every customer service rep for the rest of their lives.

I, personally, always thought the name was dumb...i have never heard anyone actually say it so i am a bit confused on the pronunciation....I dunno....i am not sure why people would want they name to be that...if you want your child named after Heaven then just name your child Heaven....not backwards....oh well...not my child...not my choice!

If you are into unique names, the name is OK. I would find it annoying to always have a sentence as a name. That would be real hard to put on forms and documents later in life.

and half the time it is spelled Neveah...which is heaven misspelled backwards...which makes it more annoying when the parents insist its "heaven spelled backwards" because it's NOT!

Annoying, yes! It's not even a little bit cute. And since you are like the 4th person I've seen post a question about this name, It's not even original!

That is a bit ridiculous. I honestly dont like the name that much, either. but hey, if they think its one of the best name's, then it is. I'm named after the eight brightest star in the earths sky but you dont see me going on about it constantly.

I agree with you. I even tried saying the name a few times to see if I like it and I still don't.
