The starting of how people wore their pants to short.?

If you dont know this, let me give you a little heads up. Gay people in jail started that. They would always let their butt show because they wanted only one thing from the other men. So if you dont ever want that to happen to you because you never know, it might, dont let your butt show. Is that too wrong to ask?

By "too short" I think of length. By what I understand you're saying, you're talking about the pants being pulled down. However, what you say just sounds like a fabricated story.

In terms of length, though, varied lengths seem to be the trend. Yet for some people, like me, wearing too short pants are much better than nothing. I'm six feet tall and there have been times in my life where I couldn't afford new pants and wearing something that was a couple of inches too short was much better than nothing. Also, I liked what I wore and didn't care if they weren't "trendy". (That still holds true-- I wear what I like and don't care if it's "trendy".) I recently bought a pair of maternity dress pants that seem to be a bit too short, but again, it seems to be the trend and I literally needed a pair of maternity dress pants. (I have some jeans and khakis, and khaki shorts, but nothing dressier than the jeans.) Again, I liked them and the price was decent ($6), even though that's the most I've paid for an article of clothing in a few years.
