OMG, I know EXACTLY what you mean! I once did about 5 different things for 5 different people within 10 minutes and got a simple nod from each of them. But GOD FORBID I let a fax sit untouched for 5 minutes! "That fax is IMPORTANT. As in, send it NOW..." Gosh, some people can be so rude!

I used to work at a Wal-Mart. That's exactly how the management in that place works. I hate that place. All they do is focus on the bad. Its sucks the life and the fun out of everything.

becausen people take you for granted, and they always expect you to do well...and it's no surprise to some one that it is always 'good job' but then when you make a little mistake it's he's a looser, no good etc etc etc get the picture??

Becuz people always find it easier to criticize than to give praise. It's like they feel criticizing makes you better than the person while praise makes you less than.
