I had two blood tests last week after having 4/5 positive hpt's. The one on Tuesday came back with an hcg level of 23 and the one on Friday with a level of 50. I have an appointment on August 9th and will have a transvag ultrasound then, but I want to know about how far along I would be with these levels? I can't go by lmp, because I'm very irregular.

You are very very early, only about 4 weeks probably, which is about 2 weeks after conception, and a week after implantation. Your levels double every 2-3 days, so they will continue getting higher. I had my levels checked on Friday at 4 weeks 6 days, and they were 1392, and on Sunday, 5 weeks 1 day at 2557.

you are probably only 4-6 weeks along. I don't know at what point the levels starts but i do know that they are supposed to double every 2 days, and it looks like yours did. They seem really small though, so i bet you are barely pregnant. you most likely won't see much more than a sak at your ultrasound. I am also very irregular, and while i don't know my levels, i do not that i was in the 100's before they could see anything with the vag ultrasound.

You are about 4 weeks. Very early, I would say.
