You omitted to say whether you worked until 11:45 AM or 11:45 PM. If AM, you worked 5 hours and 15 minutes. If PM, you worked 17 hours and 15 minutes.

If you worked until 11:45 am,
you worked a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes.
If you worked until 11:45 pm,
you worked a total of 17 hours and 15 minutes.
That is alot of over time!
Hope this helps, have a great day!

If it's 11:45 a.m., it would be only 5 hours 15 minutes. If 11:45 p.m., it'd be 17 hours 15 minutes. (6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. is 12 hours).

It depends on am or pm, and also by meaning total hours for that period of time, or for a day/week/month?

Hmm. It depends. Were you working as an airline pilot or flight attendant? If so, where did you start from and where did you end up?
