The title of the job really depends on the work you are doing.
For example if you work at a zoo it might just be as an "Aquatics Keeper", or if you work in a lab it might be as a "Researcher". You might want to look into Marine Bio type jobs.
With the jobs you can have there are tons. Care for them in a captive setting, study them in a lab, study them from a boat, educate people, work on photos or movies the list goes on an on.
