How do I setup my team roster excel file on a forum to be uploaded and downloaded?

I want to know the steps to upload my excel file on a forum and that have link in posting so that my guys can than download the team roster in excel format from a link on the forum. Thanks

You first need a forum that supports uploading a file. Once you have that, the upload should return to you a URL to that file and you can past that as an href in your forum pages.

Please use caution though with posting any personal information, especially for minors, in the roster. The youth football program that work with stresses ensuring that we don't release any personal info (last name, age, date of birth, address, etc...) on any information posted to our site.
