Pros - The economies of the world become more efficient and expand.
Cons-People lose control of their economies and governments. World becomes run by corporations with no accountability to citizens of any country
The pros outweigh the cons for those that value materialism over freedom

Pros of outsourcing are that we get the goods/services cheaper than we would if they were made/done in the US. Cons are that we lose jobs from American companies to foreign countries which hurts our economy.

It's good (financially only) for millionaires, billionaires, and the third world. It's horrible for the rest of us.
You might know globalization by it's previous soviet name "world socialism".
