England is THE best.
I'm kind of biased because I live in England, but I'm 1/4 Scottish and I sure wouldn't want to live there, because the cities are expensive and the country is dull, plus all that happens there is Rain.
But the question is, WHERE in England?
(Choose Home Counties, or Berkshire. We're bang in the middle of the country, London & the sea)
