Most of us make our own avatars. Just find a picture you like that isn't copyright protected, or draw your own, and upload it.
Click on your own avatar here, then click the link for "my 360 profile" and that's where your avatars are hosted.

Make a 360 page, there you can put each picture you want as avatar.
If you have it there, you can use it here too.
(That is how I got a knot for avatar.)
