Duh if you're married and she's your wife is not YOUR money alone. Once you say I do it's a joint thing. If she has problems with spending all the money make her sit down with you to pay the bills so she can see where the money needs to be going.

Open up several accounts. One for Bills, one for house hold and one for your self.
Figure out what half of the bills and house hold expenses are and deposit that amount ONLY. The rest you deposit in your private account. Remember that things you do not share you should not pay for like her car payment. She is responsible 100% for that. Its not health for people to live beyond their own means. If she wants more money the she needs to get a better paying job. You are not a wallet. If sh can't love you for who you are and not your money she should hit the road.

Are you divorced? Move it to a new bank account.

Are you married? If so, it is her money too. Talk and agree on how the money should be used, invested, saved, expended.

If it's martial funds (generally funds earned by either party during the course of the marriage) then it's her money too.

Well if she's your wife then its her money too, but I am assuming you all are having problems.

Open a checking account of your own with only your name on it.

If she's your wife she is entitled to half of the marital assets regardless of WHO'S money it is.

She is not stealing, it's her money too. Not understanding what exactly you are asking. Get separate accounts, and seek counseling
