Let me preface by saying I am not a doctor but you might want to look up Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) and see if the symptoms fit.
Here is an excerpt from WebMD on the symptoms:
In its early stage, pelvic inflammatory disease may cause no symptoms or only mild symptoms, such as abnormal vaginal bleeding, pain with intercourse (dyspareunia), or abnormal vaginal discharge.
More noticeable symptoms often do not develop until the infection has spread to the fallopian tubes or the lining of the abdomen (peritoneum). The main symptom of PID is lower abdominal pain, usually described as crampy or as constant and dull. This pain may get worse during bowel movements, sexual intercourse, or urination. Fever is another common symptom.
Symptoms of PID tend to be more noticeable during menstrual bleeding and sometimes in the week following.
Here's another list of symptoms:
A sense of pressure in the pelvis.
Low back pain. Sometimes this pain spreads down one or both legs.
Abnormal discharge-such as yellow-, brown-, or green-colored discharge-or an increased amount of discharge from the vagina.
Fever [usually over 101 F]. However, you can have PID without fever.
A vague feeling of body weakness or discomfort (malaise).
Headache.
Nausea or vomiting.
Pain during sex (dyspareunia).
Irregular menstrual bleeding.
Urinary symptoms, such as burning or pain with urination.

best thing to do is to just to try and stop stressing and worrying about it so much, just wait until your doctor's appointment because sometimes there will be similar symptoms that can be caused by different things, and only a doctor will be able to tell you for sure what's going on - but yeah i would agree with everyone else about checking webmd, Another good site I've also gone to is the mayo clinic site for info on any symptoms I've ever experienced. Good luck.

If it came back after the medication, you need to go back to the doctor to find out why it's happening again. Otherwise, you could get a pelvic infection if you let it go too long. Stop wearing thong underwear and always wipe front to back. Fecal material can cause a bacterial infection.
